Aussie World on the Sunshine Coast

Aussie World Sunshine Coast is the fairground behind a pub. But not just any pub! The famous Ettamogah Pub made famous in song and cartoon is undoubtedly the most photographed pub in the world.

While the pub is more for adults, kids rule behind the pub at one of the best Sunshine Coast attractions for all the family.

This Aussie park theme world is a world designed purely for fun, with rides like Space Shaker, Wild Mouse Rollercoaster, The Simulator, Octopus Ride, Boomer Zoomer, Mozzie Muster, Rocking Roll Rebel, Self Drive Jeeps and more.

But it is not only for older children. Little ones will have a ball on the Cups and Saucers, Tykes Trolley Railway, Bizzy Buggies and the mini Carousel.

The whole family can enjoy a ride or two on the full sized Ferris Wheel, the second largest in the southern hemisphere, and the view from the top out over the hinterland and the top of the pub.

Ride the beautifully restored 1927 full size Carousel or laugh together playing Platypus Ponds mini golf. And don’t forget to visit the fun and carnival atmosphere of Side-show Alley.

Aussie World is set in beautiful Australian native gardens and is located heading north just a hop, step and a jump along the Bruce Highway after the Caloundra turn off.

The park has numerous food outlets and a range of specialty shops, including a selection of authentic aboriginal artefacts for sale. Stone the crows, it’s gotta be the best Sunshine Coast attraction!
